Reservation Procedures

• Reserve your date early - a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your date.
• An additional $1,000.00 is required no later than 90 days after the date of the signed contract.
• Balance of payment is due at our final coordination meeting, 10 days before the event.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Money Order, Personal Checks, and Credit Cards (4% fee applies).
• Children three years of age and under are free.
